Born on December 6th, 2024. Pups have been learning what being a livestock guardian looks like since birth. Mom has free range of our nine acre property. At night, the pups are contained in our large garden right in the center of the property where they can still watch and learn while staying safe.

They've been around chickens since birth and have been spotted sharing their meals with our more "adventurous" birds who fly over the fence at breakfast time. Puppies have been penned up alongside our goats and have spent limited supervised time in the goat yard and did just fine. Their siblings are doing great with horses, too!

Loved on daily with lots of visitors, super friendly. Good with other dogs. These guys REALLY want to play with our older large breed house dogs, but as the older dogs aren't really up for the energy of the puppies, they've just socialized through a fence. Our cats want nothing to do with the puppies. Considering the pups have observed their mom be very friendly with our cats, I have no doubts they will likely do the same.

"RASTA" - Red 74
Red 74 "Rasta" is a female. This little lady means business! She is very inquisitive, and has the makings to be a fantastic working dog. She is often out by herself in the elements watching mom work while her siblings are holed up under cover. While very serious, she is also a big sweetheart, much like her mama. No interest in chickens, has been around goats as well. UPDATE MAY 15, 2025: We decided to give the girls names to better assist in their training! Rasta is quickly learning her name and does amazingly well on her one on one walks (with our four adult dogs) in the unfenced yard. She loves trying to play with the big dogs and, while very curious and wanting to explore all the new and interesting smells, this little girl doesn't stray too far from the pack. Shows only curious, friendly interest in the chickens, still unsure of the big turkeys, and leery of (but wants to be friends with) our spiciest barn cat. Rasta is the loudest when it's time to stay in the fenced area and the people walk away. She isn't a fan of loud noises that she can't see, such as thunderstorms, but is A-OK with things like the tractor and pounding fence posts. Rasta is very serious while working at night and has mastered her job as lookout, often being the first to bark a warning to changes in the surroundings . Such a cuddle bug, we love this super sweet girl!
"CLOVER" - Orange 76
Orange 76 "Molly" is a female. Nicknamed "Zuzu", this little lover has been a favorite of farm visitors since her birth! She is very calm, friendly and just wants all the love! Zuzu wants to play and is eager to please! Has been raised around chickens and goats.
Purple 79
Purple 79 "Clover" is a female. This sweet pup is the biggest girl of the litter (only one of her brothers beat her in size)! Very curious but cautious of new territory, this big girl is one of her mom's favorites! Raised with chickens and goats, she has the beginnings of a becoming great livestock guardian dog!
